God will hear you.
As for me, I look to the Lord for help. I wait confidently for God to save me, and my God will certainly hear me. Micah 7:7 NLT
Look to the Lord means "to watch in hope; watch expectantly." We have been watching a whole lot of things lately. None of those things can bring the help and hope that our hearts desire. And, certainly no political party can do that. Only God can.
Micah realized that "the only hope for the land is salvation from the Lord."* He is the one that can save us; He is the one that hears our cries. As long as we "seek first the kingdom of God", we do not have to worry. He will hear us and will give us everything we need. (Matthew 6:33)
Sweet friends, watch and wait for God expectantly. Put your hope in Him.
